OK, who read my book Vehicles of Asgard (2016, Xlibris: ISBN 978-1-5144-9742-5,...9743-2,...9796-8 [eBook]), noticed the "Celestial Barque" sketch on p.101 (which I drew more than 50 years ago) and thought "that would make an interesting Marvel flying machine template"?

This isn't a blog collecting information regarding the Marvel Cinematic Universe. It's simply my own opinions being expressed. Please share your own in the comments.

I decided to collect numerous award categories seen in well-known award shows such as the (and a few awards of my own invention), then I award them to different MCU shows and movies. They're all awards from a film making perspective so there won't be any Best Villain or Coolest Weapon categories.

    • All categories are separated between film and television
    • All categories have five nominees (Except for Best Film and Best Television Season which have ten)

Throwing this out there because I have a good feeling that Phase 4 will look something like this.

    Here it is in words:

2019 - Spider-Man: Homecoming sequel (I do believe it will be subtitled 'Field Trip' or 'London Trip' or something along those lines)

2020 - Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 (maybe this is where we meet Adam Warlock????)

2020 - Black Widow (a solo mission, very isolated from the rest of the MCU)

2020 - Doctor Strange: The Tragedy of Mordo (won't be the title but you get the idea)

2021 - Black Panther: Strum Und Drang (Based loosely on the Wakanda vs. Atlantis run in the comics, this is where we'd meed Namor. The setup would be that Atlantis is pressured to follow Wakanda's lead and open up their resources to the rest of the world …

I'm just wondering why Ant-Man the Wasp didn't show up in Infinity War. I'm just speculating on what causes them to not show up in the movie. If they defeat Ghost and get back their tech then problem solved so they should go back and help the Avengers in Infinity War. I know Black Widow said that Scott took a plea deal but that deal does not apply to Hope and by my guess that deal gets broken in the upcoming film.

I'm actually really looking forward to this film. I had a surprisingly positive attitude to the first one, and I'm pretty sure this one will be better. Ghost and Wasp look awesome here.

Plus, I hear Janet Van Dyne will be appearing. I'm looking forward to seeing the real first avenger on screen.

    19. Drone Battle- Iron Man 2

Iron Man 2 is one of my least favourite marvel films. However, I still love the final battle- two guys in robot suits blowing up drones. How can that not be fun?

    18. Time Loop- Doctor Strange

I liked Doctor Strange a lot, and my favourite part in it was when Stephen decides to spend eternity dying- well, at least until Dormammu gives in to his bargain. It's a comedic and still awesome scene at the same time.

    17. Yondu and Peter- Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2

Wow, I had always expected Yondu to be something of a cruel stepfather, but in Guardians 2, he changed my mind. He loves Peter like a son, and would do anything to keep him safe. The moment when he utters the words "I'm damn lucky you're my boy", I started cryi…

It's safe to say that the MCU may probably never do anything else with this property. However, if Marvel ever decides to reboot the property, the funniest thing that they could do is nod/ mock the TV show, by taking a group of the Inhumans - the Royal Family preferably- and watch a movie (which would be one of the episodes of the TV show). Think of the episode of Avatar: The Last Airbender in which they watch a show recapping the series, or the Ragnarök scene with Matt Damon. The movie should also what the TV didn't, such as giving a motivation/reason to have the members of the Royal Family, bringing aspects that are really weird into the screen without shying away from the source material (costumes, tuning fork, Eldrac), and not wasting d…

Hey guys. I'm starting a new series. Since IW is out, I needed to make something to cure everybody's depression because of "SPOILER" doing "SPOILERY STUFF" and "SPOILER" our favorite "SPOILER."

If you haven't watched Iron Man... then WTH are you even doing here? Go watch that, dummy!

Jokes aside, I will be judging a movie by it's:

    Plot

    Special Effects

    Characters

    Writing

    So let's get cracking.

While it was not stellar, Iron Man was awesome! I loved who they morphed Tony Stark's character from a cold-hearted, I don't give a crap spoiled playboy to a caring, torn superhero. His characterization doesn't feel rushed at all, and it was one of the main selling points for me. Unfortunately, most of the other characters don't really get a lot of characteri…

Had some shower thoughts earlier today... Could Grandmaster use his Melty stick on Thanos? Hear me out. So his stick can be used against most organic matter and break it down into a pile of "goo". Thanos isn't immortal (Well with the infinity gauntlet virtually). So if Thanos went to Darryl's home to kill another of the Elders since he presumably killed The Collector his brother is it plausible Grandmaster could melt him? How I imagine it going:

Thanos: "Did you truly think I would allow you to defeat me? A billion souls have known death at my hand. It is time you joined them!"

(Read in Jeff Goldblum voice) Grandmaster: "This is my Melting Stick. Yeah, if people displease me, I can melt them."

Is it true that they are canceling the other X-Men movies after X-Men: Dark Phoenix so that they can reboot the films and X-Men apart of the Marvel Cinematic Universe or is it just a rumor? Even if they do cancel the films, I'm ok with X-Men being part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, it would be pretty interesting to see a movie about the X-Men. Also who do you think which actor should play which character in a movie about the X-Men. Like who show play the new Wolverine.

We all know how the Phases are split.

Phase 1, we were introduced to the heroes.

Phase 2, we watched as those heroes interacted, and more were introduced.

Phase 3, it all came together.

Phase 4... Phase 4 is more of a mystery. With so many what-ifs and one times, it's almost complete speculation. But there are a few things that might seep into the Phase 4 of the MCU. And here it is.

Shuri, the breakout star of Black Panther. This lady had only about five scenes or so, but she already has a following. Five scenes, but a FOLLOWING. The end is drawing near for the Avengers, and we all know who's most likely to kick the metaphorical death bucket.

Tony Stark is the face of the MCU. And through him, this marvelous CU was created. So, if he was to die,…

Some love it, some hate it. But, no matter what some people say, humor was always part of the MCU. Sometimes it made us laugh, sometimes it made us groan. I, TBH, am particularly fond of humor, especially if it's in-character or simply deadpan. I love when humor is delivered in a deadpan way. #draxisthemasterrace

    Pros:

    Funny.

Makes us smile when something tragic happens.

Lightens up the cinema (or tellie).

    Suits most of the characters.

It would be boring to follow the brooding routine. Can you imagine someone like, say, Iron Man as the brooding type? *buzzer goes off*

Gives us a small taste of the Deadpool madness that may never happen.

Life would be ill-represented without humor, so it would be weird not to add it to at least some movies.

    Cons:

    Som…

    -Heimdall has the SS. (Disproved)

-Hawkeye will become Ronin. (High chance)

-Iron Man and/or Cap will die. (Unkown)

-Thor will think that Gamora is some sort of Lady Hulk. (Possible, comedic value is a well-known staple in the MCU) (Speaking of humor, I'll be making a blog on that soon)

-Star-Lord will get his Celestial powers back, somehow.

-Thanos is only attacking now because the most powerful people in the universe are dead. Odin, Ego, and The Ancient One are some examples. And only significantly less powerful descendants exist. (Not counting Thor here, since Odin blatantly…

Justice Leage wrapped up it's domestic run as so concludes the latest chapter in the war between Marvel and DC. How did DC fare in this latest battle?

I'm going to be relying on box office numbers to explain how royally Warner Brothers screwed up.

Justice League is the lowest grossing DCEU movie to date, both at the domestic box office and worldwide. The movie's domestic gross wasn't even big enough to turn a profit, the Justice League's budget was 300 million dollars and it earned 229.02 million dollars domestically. Justice League grossed 655.95 million worldwide so overall it was profitable but compared to the worldwide gross of the other DCEU movies, Justice League is still the least successful.

To compare this to the MCU, the first Aveng…

I just want to write that down and hope that I am mistaken at the highest level.

As soon as I started to watch Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., I became an ardent supporter and even admirer of the whole FitzSimmons couple. I've always find their love story to be the most beautiful of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, and a beautiful fictitious love story in general.

I guess I am one of the people Phil Coulson mentioned when Fitz and Simmons got married. One of those who knew before Fitz and Simmons themselves that they would eventually get married.

    But...

I might be a romantic, but I am also quite pessimistic.

In December 2017, we found out that Marvel's Jessica Jones: Season 2 would release on March 8, 2018, and I thought I'd use the data we now had to start predicting the next set of Marvel Netflix dates. It's easier to predict the closer ones, such as the next release, and harder to predict the further out ones without dates for wrapping filming and with the fact that they are building partially off of the previous guesses.

However, I predicted that Marvel's Luke Cage: Season 2 would be with us on approximately Friday, June 22, 2018. As of March 6, 2018, that has now been confirmed.

Using that approach and updating things with new information (there are also a few minor mistakes in that post), I thought I'd adjust my calculations and predict agai…

    Black Panther Past Dates

    February 25, 2018 by BEJT

This is the current pass at the dates. If more evidence comes to light, it will be added, and when Avengers 4 is released, and any other future releases containing T'Challa and/or Nakia, things will also be tweaked to reflect Chadwick Boseman's age at the time of shooting each film, working back from when each is set.

Also, a deleted scene revealed that the scene with young T'Chaka and T'Challa shown when T'Challa enters the Ancestral Plane is, in fact, later in the same day after T'Chaka kills N'Jobu, and also features a young Nakia.

The events to be dated are:

    • T'Chaka's Date of Birth
    • Zuri's Date of Birth
    • T'Challa's Date of Birth
    • Nakia's Date of Birth
    • Killmonger's Date of Birth

The Punisher MAX, set in a different universe than that of the mainstream comics, present a version of the Punisher in a world without superpowers, with much more grounded, adult and violent storylines that set him against conspiracies, organized crime, terrorists and high profile criminals. These comics have greatly influenced the version of the Punisher present in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

This one is a list of the most prominent supporting characters and villains who originally appeared in the Punisher MAX storylines.

    To be written.

It should be noted that I am adding the notes as I rewatch and reread the content in chronological order. However, it will be written into the order of release. This is because this project will continue past its completion as more content is released.

Because of this format, as my notes are added, I will be writing it as if all that has been released so far is everything up to that point. For example, with Iron Man, when that was released, it was the only thing ever released in the MCU, and at the time, all the evidence there was came from Iron Man only. And if someone were to …

This blog post and its sub-sections will be built over the coming months.

I have spent years working with others to collect every piece of MCU timeline information and construct the best possible MCU timeline. However, with major problems arising from Spider-Man: Homecoming and some other recent material, and Avengers: Infinity War just around the corner, the time has come for me to rewatch and reread every piece of canon content to make sure I have every single timeline-related note compiled, analysed, and reasoned out into the most mathematically satisfactory timeline possible. This will ensure the most all-encompassing timeline possible, correct any small mistakes, and, most importantly, show the extent of the work that has gone into it and have …

This list is designed to contain each of the Marvel characters that Disney can use in their movies, videogames, and/or tv shows, since they own the rights. Characters that have not been confirmed to be owned, yet, by the Walt Disney Company ( Namor and/or other characters that haven't been used in their media). If they are during the period of acquisition (Fox Marvel Rights), or are shared with another studio and have not been used by Disney, they are not on the list. References to the character do count,as well as concept art (with the sole exception of the Badoon). Different to the other lists in this site, this one is divided by teams. In case the character is used outside the MCU but it is still in the Disney umbrella, it will be speci…

This blog is dedicated to the characters, concepts, locations, and general elements of Marvel Comics that sadly weren't able to leap from the comic to the big or small screen, rather them being taken from the script or being part of a show that was cancelled, and thus not making its MCU debut.

For everyone that wants to contribute please send link your sources at the end. Add concept art, mentions in videos and/ or news sites that references a character that didn't make the cut. The characters, aspects or locations that made their debut in a later project than the one originally intended are not part of the list.

    Black Panther Betrayal

    January 20, 2018 by Dalvin98

    Hello everyone

Black Panther is coming out next month and like everyone, I am excited! But call me crazy, I have a feeling someone will betray T'Challa in the film, as I have some theories that might be plausible in the film (but they are just theories).

I believe some of T'Challa's close friends such as W'kabi, as we haven't seen much of him in trailers except Entertainment giving him a character picture and a character poster. Another reason is because of the heart-shaped herb that the Black Panther drinks to enhance their physical abilities, has Killmonger drink the herb or does the suit has its advancement.

Other characters I believe is Ayo and Nakia, as I feel one of them could secretly plotting against T'Challa with Killmonger. Okoye is…
